Swan 🦢
This particular design is special for Carlos, our founder and head trainer.
A few years ago (when he was a baby barista 😅) he really wanted to pour a swan, he practically watched hundreds of videos with no success.
After a while he started to practice, like every single day.
After a few months of no good progress he basically gave up 🥲
Frustrated, angry stopped his training.
More than a year after, he started to practice again and again and again.
He’s not really sure of how long it took him to successfully get it but is over 2 years of practice and frustration 🥹
13 years have passed since he started and he always enjoys the process.
From nemesis design to the favourite design ever ❤️
