Dear art lovers! The Bad Artists Reading Group will be kicking off with a classic next Sundayš¾ Have a read of the chosen text beforehand, and then during the session weāll talk about it (did we agree/disagree with any points made, does it remind us of something etc etc)š«
You can find part 1 of Ways of Seeing in my bio, itās (legally) available for free online! Donāt worry if you donāt manage to finish it or donāt understand everything, weāll go over it all at the beginning. This is a casual and welcoming environment for allš«”

Do you have a weird hobby/interest/sense of style?
Iām taking the idea from āOde to the Weird Girlsā and want to expand it. More people, more freakiness, regardless of gender. If you think youāve got something unconventional to offer, get in touchāļø
Iāve been working on a photo series the past few months, capturing myself when I feel a certain way. Think: creating something good out of something bad, stripping back the layers, making art with the ugly. Hereās a sneak peak.
Thank you to everyone who came to see The Fish Bowl at @yourallypally š” š curating an exhibition at such a prestigious venue was pretty scary, but it all came together in the end! Keep an eye out on here for what Iām doing next (thereās already a little something in the worksš)
Some close ups of āThis Might Be the Endā, currently showing in The Fish Bowl exhibition at Alexandra Palaceš«make sure to check it out before the 25th September to see this work, and all the others, in full
Big news!! I am putting on a exhibition in September at none other than @yourallypally āļøāļøāļø
Have you ever felt like a little fish in a big pond? What about a really, really tiny fish in an absolutely massive ocean?
As young, emerging artists, itās a daunting world out there. But we want to lift each other up, rather than compete. We reject the cynical aesthetics of the modern art world.
Throughout a variety of media including textiles, photography, and painting, we are carving out our own space within the creative sphere.
Take a peek inside our fish bowl ⦠We donāt bite.
The Fish Bowl is possible thanks to Ally Pallyās Young Creatives Network

I usually take back up photos on my phone during photoshoots just in case (something I learnt the hard way when my camera broke after The Empress shoot and I lost all the filmš) so hereās some extra pics from Ode to the Weird Girls
(2/2) āOde to the Weird Girlsā
Ode to the Weird Girlsā model is Ella Tang (they/she). They are an artist who has dedicated themselves to the creation of Will 0 Wisp, a giant sentient tooth and idol of the cult-like religion (AKA Art Collective) āThe Order of the Eruditesā. Ella can be seen in these photos with their Will 0 Wisp sculpture, as well as their collection of Monster High dolls, which they customize themselves. Their matching homemade earring is actually their own extracted tooth, and they have made many of their own jewelry out of ethically sourced animal bones and wings.

The legacies of The Craft, Ginger Snaps, and 13 Going on 30 are a testament to the so-called Weird Girlās starting power. She is one of the most tried-and-true tropes of cinema, and we love her for it. But the Weird Girl does not just exist on our screens. She is the horror nerd, the doll collector, the girl with the neon eyeshadow, and the loud and proud cat lady. She is your barista, your roommate, your friend, and maybe even you. Those with the courage to be strange, letting others around then feel safer being the best and strangest self too. So, hereās to the Weird Girls!
