Update on The Underdark repress. Vinyl is on the way the covers are here and look great but the booklet is shaping up to be a problem. All the flyers that I (Seth) had from the 2005 US/Iceland/Europe/Japan tour are missing, I don’t know if I lost them when my basement flooded about a year and a half ago or if they were lost in a move or if they are just tucked away “somewhere safe” I have spent weeks looking everywhere and have not been able to find them. This is pretty tough to admit as I have always tried to keep my archives together but the booklet at this point would be pretty disappointing. If anyone out there has flyers they can scan or take a photo of we would appreciate it more than words can say.
We’re also excited to announce Funeral Diner “The Underdark” pre-orders for the 20th anniversary pressing start tomorrow at 9am PST. 350 clear w/ orange smoke, 650 black vinyl and comes with a new large booklet for the 20th/21st anniversary pressing. New lacquers cut by Carl Saff.
Last exhibition of the year, “SUPER FRIENDS” group show just happen from the 10th to the 14th of this December in Shibuya, Tokyo. Hosted and commissioned by @yostrummer_tokyodolls and @matthewbajda the show gather the work of 60 artist from all around the globe along with many activities like workshops, live silkscreen and many more, happening at the same time at the @rvcastore_shibuya at the hottest spot of the town. SKUNDO is my contribution to the exhibition, a wooden wall sculpture coming from a seven ply blank skateboard painted with industrial enamel, cracked and glitter hologram coat effect with lacquered finish. ここ数年撮り続けてきた“犬”のシリーズから、15点を展示します。街の中で、つながれたり、バックに入れられたり、外をじっと見つめていた犬たち。その“置かれた瞬間”に惹かれて、静かに記録してきた作品です。

I’ll be showing my photo works at SUPER FRIENDS starting December 10th.
This year as well, I’m participating with a selection of photographs —15 images from a series I’ve been shooting over the past few years, focusing on dogs in the city. Dogs tied up outside shops, tucked into bags, or quietly watching the world from a distance —
I’ve been drawn to these small, “placed” moments and have photographed them as I found them.
