Those who know me know that I don’t post personal things on social media. However, I believe Charlie’s story needs to be shared for the sake of glorifying Jesus Christ. Our sweet Charlie was born and passed away on 11/5/2024 when I was 20 weeks pregnant. He had such a perfect little body and looked just like his dada. There are no words to describe the complete and utter sadness and brokenness we have experienced and are still experiencing. Our world felt like it completely fell apart when Charlie passed. Never would I have ever thought that we wouldn’t be holding our son in our arms for the years to come, but God had far different plans for his little life and for ours. One of our friends so beautifully reminded us that “Charlie is the most blessed because the first face he ever saw was the face of Jesus.” Charlie never had to endure the pain and suffering of this world. He is relishing in the joy and beauty of dwelling with Jesus in Heaven. Although there has been inexplicable pain for us as we have mourned the loss of our son, we know that our pain will pale in comparison to the joy we will experience when we enter the gates of Heaven and are reunited with Jesus and Charlie. If you are walking through something currently or have experienced something in the past that feels impossible to heal from- there is hope in Jesus. He is the Healer, Wonderful Counselor, Prince of Peace, and Everlasting Father. Thank you Lord for our son, Charlie ♥️

Our paths crossed at EOS Surf Shop in Sheboygan, WI, where Matt's demeanor exuded confidence, professionalism, and approachability. His genuine care for his work and presentation left a lasting impression. A chance encounter at The Elbow, a local surf spot, led to a memorable portrait session with Matt holding his surfboard. The captured moment reflected a quiet strength and balance that mirrors his journey through life. Collaborating with my friend Tyler Feld, we seamlessly translated the essence of Matt's character into visual storytelling. Transitioning to a new chapter, I discovered Matt's venture, MD Custom Woodwork, where he transformed recycled skateboards into unique keychains using a CNC machine. Intrigued by his creativity, I eagerly joined forces to shape his brand's visual identity. Through meticulous focus-stacking techniques, we elevated the keychains into artistic pieces, showcasing depth and dimension. The narrative evolved with Matt's love story as he embarked on a new beginning with Bailey. Entrusted with capturing his proposal, I witnessed a profound connection that marked the start of a remarkable journey. Matt's authenticity and dedication shone brightly, underscoring his commitment to each chapter of his life. Today, Matt has pivoted again. He’s now a Sales Assistant at OnPoint Financial, where he helps clients navigate investments and financial planning with the same confidence and drive I’ve seen in every part of his journey.
