Would do these more often if it wasn’t for the placement of the rope. Way to close to the wall with a few things sticking out. You don’t want to get stuck on something up there. Other than that great for a lot of things including grip strength.

About 7 years ago I was told by my doctor I had to start prioritizing my health. I got inspired by my son who was doing gymnastics and started to do body weight exercises at home. As I have a tendency to get obsessed with things I googled around to get someone to teach me and found @gymnasticboodies website. I kept doing it and it's been a real life changer. The last two days I had the opportunity to train with my son as he is home from University over the summer. Thank you @michael_trane for inspiring me to start doing Gymanstic strenght training. Coming back from no handstands for 4 days is always hard for me but now I’ve learnt that that’s the way it is for me and I don’t go in with to high of expectations. I try to see it as warm up for the coming days/weeks.
