Weeks posts
It’s always good to keep it real, everything you see on social media isn’t always what it seems. People look like they have life all worked out and running through each day blissfully with no issues, I can tell you it’s not. Life is life and you move from one challenge to another most days. So here’s a video on responding to some of the comments the other day when I had a bit of an energetic collapse or something I’m not even sure what it was but it came after a few stressful things all hit at once during a week but it is what it is we regroup and move on.

There is enough time to do what you need to do in life, it just depends what you prioritise. If you want it enough you’ll make time for it.

This development will be the most beautiful in Terrigal when is finished but during the construction process it’s hard to visualise the end product because there are materials, poles, Scaffolding and just an orchestrated mess during the building process but that’s just like life. The journey to any worthwhile destination in life is filled with messy situation and difficult times that are very hard to see the benefit at the time when you’re standing in the middle of them but you have to keep moving through navigating your way forward just like the process of building this beautiful building and they will makes sense one day when you look back. The end result comes because of the push through all the different stages of messy times along the way. However you do eventually arrive at the beautiful end result if you just keep going.

Quick tip if you are looking for an edge with your fitness when you finish your workout. It’s not for everyone but if you want to squeeze the lemon at the end of your workouts do this.

Advice from a Billionaire friend of mine in getting back on track. I called a good friend of mine yesterday and asked him if he ever felt off track, he owns a huge business and this is his response.

After the video yesterday on feeling very flat this is what I’m going about it today to get back on track. Slow easy steps and it all starts with food. It’s easy to lose discipline and just eat rubbish but remember food is fuel if you want to feel better you have to eat better.

You’re not always going to feel clicked in. It’s life. I’ve been very stressed the past week and had to manage life around it. It’s a week later and I’m slowly starting to clock back in. There’s no greater feeling than being locked in with full momentum but that certainly wasn’t the case for me this week. I was energetically limping but gently gently moving my way back there.

I’ve never shown this before but when Logan died I got a bracelet made by @culetjewellery that I wear for speaking events or important appointments to be more connected to Logan and draw in his energy. It’s a very special piece to me and I thought I’d share in case you see me wearing it from time to time.

Yesterday I spoke in Perth and it was a bit of a journey I wasn’t feeling great leading up to it and really wanted to cancel but the old me would have possibly done that but my commitment in life now is just to show up no matter what and step into the fear or uncertainty and learn to grow more rather than let the feeling of comfort take over. Speaking doesn’t come naturally to me but I’m committed to making it happen and seeing what the next level of life looks like. Staying comfortable is easy but your best self is on the other side of discomfort every time. Get up and go for it.

When you see agents sitting big figures in real estate it’s just them it’s the team around them that makes it happen. The lead agent just happens to have been there the longest and usually attracts the right people because of the momentum they have created over a long period of time. Big numbers in real estate is a a bit of an illusion it’s not one person it’s the combined effort of great people working as a team.

Ate a little too much of Mick the Podman’s special powder. Feeling a little bit flat today but it doesn’t mean I don’t stick to my non negotiable’s and still move the needle forward. If you’re feeling 80% just make your effort the same but still show up.
