On Tuesday, our Matson Catering team had the privilege of delivering the RAV4 National Media Launch at Tranquillity Estate, a true reflection of what we do best here in Launnie.
From the morning setup through to service, the team delivered with care, precision, and calm confidence, ensuring every guest felt looked after and every detail ran smoothly.
Guests enjoyed a curated menu including Peking duck pancakes, vegetarian rice paper rolls, smoked salmon blinis, mixed arancini, Matson sausage rolls, tandoori chicken skewers, and a selection of sliders including beef, cheese & pickle, and pulled pork with slaw.
We catered for all dietary requirements with confidence and care, ensuring everyone could enjoy the experience.

At Matson Catering we were proud to showcase the very best of Tasmanian produce last night at Brickworks, Brisbane Street Launceston for the Tasmanian Architecture Awards for 2026.
Our menu reflected a corporate commitment to quality and local flavour, with guests enjoying mini chicken, chive & celery club sandwiches, Cape Grim beef on sweet potato blinis with truffled aioli, and parmesan tarts with Persian feta, caramelised onion, and semidried tomato.
A selection of mixed arancini, Indian samosas with mango chutney, sesame chicken satays, and both pulled pork and mushroom & halloumi sliders ensured there was something for everyone.
An elegant evening of connection, celebration, and proudly championing Tasmanian food.

Over the past few days, we had the privilege of working alongside Joe & Gabby from Event Avenue to help deliver a very special 90-year celebration in Rosebery.
This wasn’t just an event, it was a milestone filled with pride, history, and community spirit. From breakfast through to canapés and sweet treats, every detail was designed to bring people together and honour an incredible legacy.
