To another year of soñando juntos 🥂
Built on immigrants dreams ✨☁️ this time last year, with 3wks notice we let our family know that we were opening a social club. They immediately responded with “we’re flying out for the grand opening”
In true Latina fashion I wanted to have EVERYTHING done before they arrived. I was wearing myself to the ground with all the pressure of not only preparing for family but for also preparing to open our doors to the 100ppl that signed up 🫠
In the last 48hrs before our opening, as I was losing my voice from the stress Matrix reminded me that they we didn’t have to do it alone that our family would be here to help
As my double Virgo took a step back from trying to make everything perfect for the opening, I realized this dream was WAY BIGGER THAN ME.
This dream was brining healing to our family and our ancestors that came to this country, to have a space where the minority became the majority.
In the last 24hrs before the grand opening, I was moved to tears seeing each family member tackle a corner of the space and realized this is really about what dreams are made of… family, a community, a village❤️
Thank you to EVERYONE that has walked alongside us in our first year of business.
