We’re pleased to welcome Griffin Doninger as Director of Construction Operations. Griffin brings a rare combination of hands-on building experience, operational rigor, and steady, team-centered leadership.
A builder by training and by instinct, Griffin has spent his career in high-end residential construction, leading complex, design-forward projects. He is known for aligning teams around the work—bringing clients, architects, and trade partners into a shared standard—and following through with discipline in the field
to deliver an exceptional building experience.
In this role, Griffin will play a key part in shaping MatPel’s next chapter—strengthening operations, supporting field and project teams, and continuing to set the standard for execution on complex, design-driven homes.
