Défi Wing is a wrap! 🏁🌊 600+ riders, 3 days of racing, and an incredible atmosphere from start to finish 🤙 Always a pleasure to reconnect with my partners and the whole wingfoil community: the energy at this event is just something else 🔥 Racing-wise: I was way too inconsistent to aim for the podium. The speed and the mindset was there but 12 crashes over 5 races simply don’t mix with a top 3 finish 💥 so it is a 4th place. Not the result I was chasing, but a clear message on what to work on. Losing hurts. Even more when it’s a title you’ve held 4 times in a row. 😔 But sitting with that failure was the best thing that happened to me. It forced me to look at everything differently: how I train, how I recover, how I manage everything around the sport. 🧠 So I built a new routine from scratch. 5:30am, work, run, 8h of classes. Exam week.
