My first @nachtdigital experience was back in 2004, and it was filled with incredibly beautiful moments. Over the first years, I’ve been lucky to collect so many unforgettable memories – whether playing solo as a DJ, sharing the decks b2b with my dear friend @danielstefanikofficial or performing with my former band Karocel (@marbert_rocel + @martinkohlstedt + @beatklops ) I’m beyond excited to reunite with the entire crew again and I am happy to be part of this year’s Nachti 25 compilation with my song „Yoru“! My first live set at the Planetarium in Jena was a truly special day for me – an incredible and new experience. It had been many years since I played a set made entirely of my own music, and it felt amazing to dive back into that creative space. What made it even more meaningful was seeing people—who usually know me for my energetic sets as Mathias Kaden—embrace the calm, atmospheric dub sounds and join me on a journey into a completely different world with 360 degree visuals. This side of me, this music, is deeply personal and close to my heart.
