Last Night at @luckytreeraleigh 🌳
Performed some unreleased material last night at the Free the Mic and everytime I go to @luckytreeraleigh , it’s always mad love.
STORY: Few people know this, but I’ve had really bad stage freight since I was 12 and mostly settled for being behind the scenes, behind the deck, or behind the computer for about half of my life. I didn’t have much confidence in my voice.
Now at 23, I’m starting to try to break that mold and not be in my head so much. @luckytreeraleigh has allowed me the space to practice my craft for an audience and community willing to provide that. Each time I feel like my confidence and etiquette improves little by little, which is all I can ask for.
