Rather than noise or spectacle, this season unfolds as a slower, more mindful journey into renewal, with large batches of tea leaves cold steeped for 48 hours before being blended into soft serve.
Royal Sakura Soft Serve began with the idea of pairing Earl Grey tea leaves with sakura. What emerged was a surprisingly balanced profile: the floral sweetness of sakura gently offset by the bold, robust depth of Earl Grey.
Its texture is cloud-soft, melting almost instantly. Just like fleeting petals, it is meant to be savoured while it lasts.
