MastersTouch owners @jaredcake and Eric Rose reviewing details with @kballagh . We've been lucky to have great weather so far this winter. Hoping for a few more weeks of no rain so we can get a roof on our foothill project.
After looking at property all over the country our clients found their dream lot on approximately 80 acres in Sonoma County wine country, just outside Healdsburg.
They packed everything they had in storage, bought an RV and worked nearly 3 years on this project before moving in this past winter, just in time for Christmas.
During construction they kept busy with many DIY projects including hand staining every board of their T&G ceilings shown in this picture with a stain they carefully crafted with vinegar and steel wool!
This home was a labor of love and it certainly shows in all the attention to detail throughout.
We couldn’t be more pleased to have worked on this project and to have had such fantastic clients along the way.
The surrounding views may be blocked by the smoke but this house is still sitting pretty
