@memphistattoofestival so far has been a blast! Rainy days, flood watches, but still everyone so excited to come and be at the show 🥹 I got to give @august_rain__ and @flipshades a surprise painting I’ve been working on for a little bit and I couldn’t be happier 🥹😭💜 Also got to judge the contests Friday with some incredible artists, see some incredible tattoos, and then get to fill out more of @tcruse21 leg on Saturday! Here’s one of my favorites from last fall 😍 in this the background is healed and the birds/flowers are fresh. As always done using the best @electrum_ink @electrumsupply @inkmapstattooapp I've been a little more MIA than I normally am but that’s because for the past few months there’s been a lot going on! We are working on renovations moving to a new house (just down the road so I’m not going anywhere) but it’s taking up all three of my brain cells left so I’ve been slacking on life. But it's gonna be worth it! One of these days I will have videos of ducks in the yard or pond, maybe some goats who knows haha. I’ve just been focused on giving my son a great life and I think the farm is gonna be magical 🥹 (I say farm but it’s actually almost all forest haha either way) Next month I’ll be heading up to @indytattooexpo so be sure to come up and say hello to everyone there! @franknickowski is a real homie one of the coolest guys out there and I am SO GLAD that he messaged me years ago to get tattooed at @hell_city because what started as a leg panel turned into a leg sleeve and now a whole torso (and back!). I’m finally getting around to posting this! I love tattooing tattooers and when @lovecraftlucy asked me to do her back I was so excited! It’s definitely not my usual style but I think that’s what makes me love it more! The inspiration was looking like older Japanese artwork more than realism or neo anything. Thank you for trusting me with this! (And all the tattoos we’ve done since 💜) This one's very healed except the tail color (all the upper portion was done first) and I love how soft it’s healed. 🥹. Heading into the new year and with how much work I have yet to post has me reminiscing about all the cool projects I got to do last year! OK yall I’m currently in Charleston visiting my dad and family and everyone is sick and my phones not cooperating so hang tight hahaha. This year has been one of immense trials and change. I’ve felt lost in many ways trying to figure out what it is I want from this life. The current events going on have been weighing on many of us in many different ways. Tattooing has been the most amazing part of my life (and yes it is my whole life idc haha). It has taken me around the world and introduced me to people who have shaped who I am today. I wouldn’t be here without my family and friends. @goldenyetiart the shop fam I love you all so much and I’m so grateful to get to work and travel with each of you @golden_yeti @elchupacabrad @_spacezombie @hallowedtattoos @tatcaviar @l0ufio @mandersbarnard I also want to thank from the bottom of my heart all my clients and friends who support me and the shop through the years even when things are tight it’s been such a blessing to be able to work with you all and do these tattoos for you. Even the smallest of pieces mean the world to me and I appreciate everyone who trusts me to do these.
