The Women@Marvell Romania chapter marked International Women's Day with a DIY mixed-media art workshop at the Bucharest site.
The event brought colleagues together to create, connect and celebrate the contributions of women at Marvell — a reminder that building strong teams requires as much attention to culture as it does to engineering.

This Earth Week, Marvell employees are getting their hands dirty — and making a real difference.
Volunteers recently joined @savesfbay at the Palo Alto Baylands to remove invasive plant species, plant native seedlings and prepare seeds for distribution as part of an ongoing wetland restoration effort. Events like this one reflect a commitment to community service that Marvell employees carry out across the globe throughout the year.
This week, that spirit extends to a waste management workshop with @recology , a fireside chat with company leaders on how sustainability is being embedded into products, supply chain and operations, and next month, a guided learning tour at @HiddenVilla exploring regenerative agriculture and ecosystem health.
Small actions, sustained over time, add up.
Marvell recently organized an Open House event and welcomed more than 40 students from 國立臺灣大學 National Taiwan University, 國立陽明交通大學 National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, 國立清華大學National Tsing Hua University, and 國立成功大學 National Cheng Kung University to visit the Marvell office in Hsinchu.
Some notable highlights:
➡️ Lab tour demo that helped students see the validation work in action, including optical products which many students pursuing Electro-Optical Engineering program find interesting
➡️ Marvell Mini Career Fair where students had the opportunity to network and talk with BU representative leaders for better insights about various roles and jobs in a fabless company like Marvell
➡️ Internship sharing from two former Marvell interns now becoming full-time engineers, who started their journey at last year's Open House to now giving back their knowledge to students at this year's Open House - truly a full-circle moment
It was a big team effort from all the hiring managers, young engineers and especially the Taiwan HR team to plan, coordinate and execute to make this successful. Hoping to see some familiar faces joining Marvell in the future.
