Well there we go!
Nearly a sellout last night on the double header blues gig with @memphis_dsongs
The venue and its volunteers were trying to get things happening and the marvellous thing is that 40+ people ventured out, bought a ticket and supported live music.
Blues in the Pennines took the pics!!
Today I’ve set up my gear in the house to do a few tweaks and to run new songs for the next album.
Onwards!

Jazz Sundays at Red Lion had my one man band in today. I was basically acoustic and threw a tonne of old blues and jazz in and it ended up being so much fun. Especially the vibrations in the second half.

Wow! What a place… invited up to play in The Lake District at this beautiful old 17th century pub.
The medicine show sign promising relief from old age ailments possibly giving much encouragement!!

Got my old resonator guitar loaded up and played a set mostly of vintage style well known songs but squeezed a few originals in.
Can’t be doing loads of songs about graveyards to a kid’s of surfers looking for a fun Friday night…
Every Friday night they do music. Lucky to be squeezed in and make a week away in much needed Cornwall.
Watching the sunset and people get cold as the spring nights roll in!!
