What a day for the team yesterday! 📈
Got to promote one of my day one white belts, Sam, to blue belt. These don’t get handed out lightly, which makes moments like this even better. It’s a reflection of the dedication, consistency and work my guys put in to level up. Proud coach moment. 🔵
We also had an 🌶️ open mat. Judging by the state of the mats by the end, everyone left it all out there! Hard work shows… you can’t cheat the process 🕹️

Super proud of everyone who competed today, we absolutely smashed it as a team. Not only did we come away with a stack of medals, but more importantly a lot of valuable experience and knowledge in the bank 🧠
For me, medals aren’t the be all and end all. It’s about performance, listening, and the hard work put in during the months leading up to the comp. I make sure all bases are covered, and every single one of you did the gym proud 👊
