very grateful for Jesse Bunch and @phillyinquirer for recognizing and investigating the growing problem of mass phone theft in music venues. let’s hope this article serves as a wake up call for some of these venues and police departments to recognize that a HUNDRED phones being stolen in at one show isn’t normal - it’s an organized crime effort and should be treated as such
