I’d love to spend some time with you in Bali.
In July 2026, Joelle and I are hosting a six-day yoga retreat in Ubud — a week to slow down, move your body, breathe deeply, rest well, eat beautiful food, and reconnect with yourself and with good people.
It won’t be about doing more, achieving more, or becoming someone new — it’s really just a week to slow down, take care of yourself, spend time with good people and come back to the person you have always been.
If you’ve ever thought about doing a yoga retreat in Bali, this might be your sign. Basundari is absolutely gorgeous 🌺
We’re almost full, so if you’re curious, send me a message and I’ll send you the details.
I’d really love to share this experience with you.
Mark

Some teachings don’t ask to be believed — only lived.
The Bhagavad Gita continues to meet people across generations because its wisdom speaks not just to the mind, but to the human experience itself.
These reflections are not about having all the answers, becoming more spiritual, or trying to perfect yourself.
They are gentle invitations back to presence. Back to purpose. Back to devotion, discernment, and the quiet courage of walking your own path — even when it looks different to everyone else’s.
The Gita reminds us that peace is not found by escaping life, but by learning how to move through it with more awareness, surrender, and heart.
Which one landed most deeply for you? 🤍

We’re incredibly excited (and honestly a little blown away) to share that Wild Light Experiences has been featured on Tourism Australia’s Hot List — a monthly round-up of new places to stay and experiences to enjoy across Australia.
To see our small nature-based wellbeing experiences recognised on a national platform feels really special.
Wild Light was created from a simple idea — that slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and sharing meaningful moments outdoors matters deeply. To now see that vision reaching further is something we’re truly grateful for.
Thank you to everyone who has walked, breathed, rested, wandered, sipped tea, watched koalas at dawn, or shared in these experiences with us so far. This is only the beginning.
Check out Tourism Australia’s Hot List on their website!
With Gratitude, Tammy & Mark 🌿

Sound Bath classes are becoming a global standard in modern gyms.
In Tune With the leaders shaping the future of health, fitness and wellness, and the conversations driving it forward.
In this conversation, we sit down with Mark Seeto (former Global Head of Yoga & Pilates at Virgin Active), who shares how Sound Bath classes were introduced across 200+ clubs globally.
What we’re seeing is a clear shift. Members aren’t just training for performance anymore. They’re seeking recovery, regulation and longevity.
When supported with high quality crystal bowls and thoughtful guidance, Sound Baths become more than a class. They create space for members to reset, reconnect and feel the impact beyond the session itself.
A simple offering. With a powerful return across retention, engagement and overall wellbeing.
If you’re exploring ways to evolve your space and better support your members, this is a beautiful place to begin.

Honey & Myrtle Cloud Brioche ☁️
A soft, golden brioche layered with a light ricotta cloud — whipped with mascarpone, cream, and a hint of citrus.
Topped with fresh strawberries, a gentle nut crumble, and warm honey infused with native lemon myrtle.
It’s light, a little indulgent, and made to be savoured slowly.
Sit in the sun. Pour a tea. Stay a while.
Now serving at Wild Light Cafe.

It’s a quiet moment, often missed in the magic of the day — but it carries so much meaning.
The signing of the marriage certificate.
Four signatures from the people who matter most — yours, your partner’s, and your witnesses — alongside mine, holding space for it all.
It’s the only document you take with you after the ceremony.
A simple piece of paper, yet filled with promise, love, and the beginning of a shared life.
A moment to pause, breathe it in… and feel the weight and beauty of what you’ve just chosen together.

Simple moments 🤍
A Seeto wedding, and a beautiful couple of days in Bathurst with family. Sharing meals, sharing space, and being together.
These are the moments that matter — especially when life pulls us into the busyness.
Hold onto them. These are the ones we remember.

Tea is always a little ceremony at Wild Light Cafe.
A chance to sit, slow down, and be immersed in nature for a while.
Our organic loose leaf tea range is of the highest quality and served deconstructed, so you can mindfully engage with each ingredient. Choose just the right amount of tea, honey, or lemon, and make the experience your own.
It’s simple, grounding, and something we hope invites you to pause a little longer.
And keep an eye out… our tea and honeycomb special is coming soon.
