Marlene fête ses 30 ans et pour cette occasion j’ai préparé une recette de crumble pour mettre en avant la variété de pommes Gala ! Voici la recette: Crumble aux pommes et amandes Ingrédients pour 4 personnes: - 800g/1kg de pommes - 40g de poudre d’amande - 60g de farine - 100g de beurre pommade - 100g de cassonade - Pincée de fleur de sel Crumble aux pommes et amandes Allume le four à 180° Pele et coup les pommes en morceaux Dispose-les dans un plat pour le four Verse la farine, la poudre d’amande, la cassonade, le beurre et la pincée de sel dans un saladier Mixe tout avec les mains Recouvre les pommes avec le mélange Fais cuire pendant 35 minutes Le crumble sera doré et croustillant
