🎶LET EM KNOW 🎶. @jaronjohnson4 this class was amazing thank you so much, this was such a push on the body as this is a very different style for me but was worth every minute coming to this class definitely recommend going to this class 🫧

Back in London for two days-and had to just pop by my favourite heels class in the world, @lowriajackson you are a gem for always having me, thanks for class it was absolutely amazing to be back in the room with you, and also doing something abit different loved every moment. 💕 These vedios arnt for showing of even tho I do the most for no reason but I just wanted to say the reason I post so many heels classes is cause it’s progression and I want to show progression rather than showing of even Tho once again I do the most 🤣 but these classes push me every time and I’m very thankful for Lowry for doing something different every time I go to class 🐆
He only went and done and advert this year for the amazing @joybuyuk and what an experience it was to be apart of this advert considering it’s my first, I was happy to be featured just a little bit at the end, Thank you joybuy for having me was an amazing ride filming this and hopefully this will lead to many more in the future. 🎥
Early on this week I had the opportunity to work with the amazing @vibedance1 bringing something new to the table for the girls.
I was really surprised to see that the girls just smashed the routine and push themselves thru something they have never done before, it was really amazing to see the enthusiasm from both groups, and really eye opening to how amazing dance changes people for the better. Thanks for having me it was a blast maybe I’ll be back maybe I might not who knows lots of love see you soon girlies 💕
