Awards like this mean a lot. But the best award for me still is when my friend
@jbtrogneux brought his son Jean to the restaurant for the first time last week, and after trying
@john_troupis frites, he told me it was “the best restaurant in the world.” That is what we do this for.
Jean-Pierre was never built for one season. The restaurants that matter are the ones that stand the test of time, earned service after service, table after table. And we know we are only as good as our last service. So tonight, we start again, with the same humility, care and amour.
