For the past few months, I’ve been taking a music production class in San Francisco (s/o @iomusicacademy.sf ), and I’ve been learning a ton. Honestly was supposed to share something last week lol but got shy. Excited to share what I’ve been working on.

Finally had a chance to reflect on 1 year of @brewsandbounce and our anniversary last weekend.
When we started this thing, we had it at @byronmwong ‘s loft because we didn’t have the cash to rent out a venue. This was my first time throwing this type of party, inspired by @am.radio.la in LA and @beansandbeats.mp3 in Asia. I told my brother @jawa.tree we gotta bring this to the Bay Area.
1 year later we:
- Did a collaboration with @vervecoffee
- Hosted events in 5 cities (including New York and LA)
- Performed at @sfcoffeefestival
- Designed 3 shirts
- Made our first Zine
+ so much more.

Visited @recoco.cafe and it easily became one of my favorite things in Japan. As a DJ, listening to vinyl always hits different; the warm sound, the tiny crackles, and the kind of intentional listening that transports you into new worlds.
