Today it is mostly a simulacrum at the dawn of peak individualism. Some of us still believe - and belief in house should always include a belief in its all conquering possibilities. I've called this series Dialectical Edits because they attempt to combine (perceived) opposites (sublation): Sakamoto witth Masters At Work; Barbieri with Deep Dish, etc. Tracks for a house scene that never really existed yet somehow managed to die.
