This was our very first setup. Eight years ago, at 30, I started with a vision, with the support of many, to level up the gastronomic experience in the region. It started with simple ideas that were new to many, cocktails, small bites, and a different way of dining. At first, it was not easy, but over time, people embraced it. Today, dessert buffets are styled, accepted, and celebrated and it reminds us where we started and how far we’ve come. We are still growing and still learning, and I will keep pushing to make food and dining better in the region. We remember ❤️
