Hello all Facebook Friends. I am delighted to introduce you to William Wallace Reid-Overett.
William joined our family just three days ago after we had visited him and his wonderful foster mum, several times over three weeks. He is a rescue Irish Wolfhound/Border Collie/etc cross around 18 months old. Sadly there is deep trauma in his past… but already he slowly revealing his beautiful, gentle nature.
William has become our new shadow - and seems to be getting bigger everyday!
After a largely cooking (and cleaning/gardening) weekend - and a fabulous first game of Cascadia Landmarks… a simple Sunday supper was called for: here’s my take on Spanish Omelette.
