I’ve been debating whether to share this, but I want to be honest with you. The video I’m posting is from my rehearsal as the interval opening act for Dora 2026. The version that went live left me feeling deeply disappointed in myself. I cracked under pressure and didn’t execute the performance the way I had imagined. I was too much in my head, carrying the weight of everything I’ve been through this past year, and in that moment I felt like I didn’t belong on that stage. I just wanted it to be over.
Afterwards I had a huge emotional crash and felt like a failure because of the expectations I put on myself. I care so much about my work, and I’m realizing that learning how to process negativity and grow from it is part of this journey. There have also been many complications with my album and a lot of obstacles in my path. It’s been overwhelming, but I know these challenges are shaping me in ways I’ll be able to understand one day.
For now, I’ll be taking a necessary break from social media and music. I need time to heal, to rediscover who I am, and to rebuild my confidence. Thank you to Igor Barberic and all the incredible dancers for making me feel supported and loved, and special thanks to @ssyynn_online for the amazing outfit that made me feel like a true dark lord. 🤍
I believe I’ll rise from this stronger (like a phoenix lol).
And I hope you’ll still be here when I return with new music and a clearer heart.
And at last, thank you to everyone who believes in me. Your support means more than you know. I just need this moment to pause, reevaluate my priorities, and understand myself after spending so many years in the public eye. I appreciate you and I love you.
