We’re going to Stockholm. 🌍
Yesterday was something I can’t fully put into words. Unprecedented intensity. The strategy was clear, go hard from the start, don’t crack like we did in Melbourne. And we didn’t.
Honestly? It hurt. Like really hurt. Heart pounding out of my chest, body screaming to stop, hands shaking. You ask yourself how it’s even possible to keep going like that. But something surreal happens , the mind holds, and somehow you find another gear. We even accelerated in the final laps. Last round felt like a full sprint to the finish.
Then came the wall balls. We went in 4th… came out 7th. Again. 6 no reps, Cost us nearly 15 seconds. Cost us the podium. That one stings.
But we qualified. And we are so incredibly proud.
Stockholm, June. We’re coming. 🔥
T-minus 3 hours 🏆
The body knows what’s coming. Palms sweaty, heart already racing. The work is done, every session, every sacrifice, every early morning.
Now it’s just us and the moment. And what a moment it is: 3 spots for Stockholm, a field packed tighter than ever. It’s going to be a war.
See you at the start. ⚔️
There are moments where the road you’ve walked meets destiny.
Tonight in Warsaw, this is that moment. Marko and I aren’t playing to survive, we’re playing to live.
9PM.
Incredible stadium. We’re here. 🌙
HYROX 🏆 Elite 15 London | March 21, 2026
Our last compromised run before the big day. Always special to push one more session together before stepping on the start line.
And a solid finish to the workout, both of us closing it out with 75 wall balls unbroken ☠️
Now it’s time.
Pretty sure this weekend we would’ve performed better as American football players 😅
Not our best HYROX weekend, and that’s part of the game.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn… sometimes you just laugh and reset.
Back to work. 🏃♂️🔥
Elite 15 with Marko 😵💫 time to adapt.
Our last Elite 15 was a big wake-up call.
The level is insanely high and nothing can be taken for granted anymore.
We’ve already started working on what really matters now:
transitions, efficiency, execution under fatigue and mental resilience.
Just a serious reset, a lot of questioning, and hard work ahead.
We learned a lot. Now it’s time to come back sharper, smarter, and competitive.
We owe it to ourselves and we will 🚀
Elite 15 reality check 🏃🏻♂️
Running is supposed to be our strength with Marko.
This time, it wasn’t; We were among the slowest on the course.
Sometimes things just don’t go as planned.
There’s a real gap right now between where we are
and what we proved in Stuttgart two months ago (49’42).
That level feels far and that’s the truth.
Elite 15 is getting insanely competitive.
Everyone is faster. Everyone is stronger.
And if we don’t step up, London and Warsaw will be brutal.
So we go back to work. We adjust. We fix what needs fixing.
And we come back stronger, because this level demands it.
No excuses. Just responsibility.
Sport is cruel. It asks for everything and guarantees nothing.
You train.
You prepare.
You believe.
In the days before the race, something felt off.
Quiet. Subtle. Hard to name.
On race day, the truth was simple: I couldn’t run.
And running is the thing I know best.
My legs were heavy,
unresponsive,
like the signal never reached them.
It wasn’t a lack of effort.
It wasn’t a lack of work.
Just one of those moments where sport reminds you
how little control you really have.
It hurts.
But this is the game we choose.
Thank you to everyone who supported me,
messaged me,
believed in me even on a hard day.
