Day trip to the peaks to meet @calegram00 , halfway meeting point 🫡 Perfect loop hitting Winnats pass with an exiting descend off Mam Tor . Bikes in the van and in to the pub for a Carvery . @vjsportshoes slapped on and out for a little 5k on a full stomach 😂 🐑 😂 I’ll be back for more day trips! 🙌 Loved it thanks 🙏 Cheers for the route @conorlh93 O

@mkmarathon 🐮 No pb, knew it from the start, and then battled an oddly stiff ankle for the last 8 😂 still no walking and moving sound now , excellent endurance training. 👊 Happy with 3.51 but maybe should have done some longer road runs in preparation .. but that’s boring 😂 lucky I got through it though, look at that piece of glass wedged into my sole! 😯
Son smashed his super hero mile and ran really well with me for 200metres ❤️ Redbull at mile 23 was a banging treat 💥
Saros is fun and so dialled in. 👏 Returnal was a huge game for me, buzzing with this! Some nice new features added to the chaos. Feels so good, already killed the first boss 💥 @housemarque outstanding yet again!
Milton Keynes marathon is on the horizon. Buzzing but oddly nervous considering how well the trail marathon went the other week 😂 last official event booked to build the miles for the Ultra in July Gower peninsula 100k @ultrachallenges . I’ve hit my fundraising target but anything else I’d greatly appreciated (link in bio)
