We are looking for a Sommelier/ Assistant Manager to develop and deliver the drinks programme in a unique food and event space in the heart of Dublin 2. This person will also work closely with our General Manager on day to day operations.
This is not a traditional restaurant role. It’s an opportunity to shape the offering at a unique chef’s table experience, manage high-level events, and be part of a forward-thinking culinary studio from day one.
