Today marks the 15th year back riding again after stopping way back in 1990.
Unfortunately a lot of months were erased due to a Back Surgery and an ACL tear, but I’m still at it.
It’s amazing we can still do this at such a late age.
Nutrition, strength training and lots of stretching is the key to it.
Hopefully many more years to come. 🙌🏽🙏🏼❤️

Finally got to do some riding over the weekend, I’ve been on a 5 week hiatus. 🙌🏽
This has been such a cold winter, way too cold to ride outdoors. I’m so envious of you guys who have a heated indoor spot to get through the winter months.
The spring can’t get here fast enough! 🥶
