As Chairman of Arnett Gardens Football Club, I’m incredibly proud today! A huge congratulations to our Arnett Gardens FC Women for your semifinal victory over Los Perfectos. You’ve fought hard all season and booked your place in the final of the 2025/26 Jamaica Women’s Premier League. This is a significant achievement and a testament to your talent, discipline, and heart. Whatever happens in the final, you’ve already made us proud and represented the community with class. Go out there and give it your all.
Nothing like a game of dominoes under the trees to end the day 😄
Spent yesterday afternoon right here at Rock, cutting a hand, sharing a laugh, and listening to what’s really on your minds. This is where the real talk happens not just in Parliament.
The vibe was good, the competition was real, and so was the pressure at the table.
Big up to everyone who came out and held a vibes. This is what Jamaica is about.

Jamaica deserves answers.
After reading the Auditor General’s report on the Hurricane Melissa Relief Initiative, I am deeply disturbed by what it reveals. Five months after Hurricane Melissa devastated communities across western Jamaica, billions in donated relief funds were reportedly still largely unused while many families continued to suffer.
I travelled through St. Elizabeth, Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James, and Trelawny after the hurricane and saw the destruction firsthand. Jamaicans at home and abroad gave generously to support those in need, believing help would reach struggling families quickly.
That is why it is unacceptable that so many people are still living in difficult conditions while critical relief funds remain idle. I stand in solidarity with every victim of Hurricane Melissa and every Jamaican demanding accountability, transparency, and urgency in the relief effort. The people deserve better.
I had the pleasure of receiving His Excellency Kohei Maruyama, Ambassador of Japan to Jamaica, for a courtesy visit. Moments like these reaffirm the valued relationship between Jamaica and Japan, built on mutual respect and a shared commitment to partnership.
BEWARE OF AI-GENERATED VIDEO SCAMS
It has been brought to my attention that there is a fake AI-generated video in circulation on social media, with me telling people to invest money in a scheme that will generate massive returns. It is a SCAM.
For the record, I would never publicly promote any investment product.
Furthermore, any financial “opportunity” that promises exceptionally high returns is very likely to be a fraudulent scheme. Please do not fall prey to the unscrupulous conmen who produce these fake videos.
Any message via social media which is genuinely from me will only come from my official social media pages.
IN THIS VIDEO: I break down why NaRRA is a danger to Jamaica’s democracy.
Watch as I explain how NaRRA concentrates too much power in one place with no real oversight or checks.
This isn’t about stopping development. It’s about stopping abuse of power. Jamaica deserves better.
Watch now and share your thoughts.

I extend warm congratulations to Prime Minister Philip “Brave” Davis and the Progressive Liberal Party on their victory in the general elections and his historic re-election as Prime Minister of the Bahamas.
To be the first Bahamian PM to win two consecutive general elections since 1997 is a testament to the trust and confidence of the Bahamian people in your leadership and vision.
We are together bound by shared values and history, with a solemn commitment to social justice, regional solidarity, and the upliftment of people across the Caribbean. Your victory signals and inspires progressive movements across the region.
May your second term bring continued progress and prosperity for all Bahamians. I look forward to working with you to advance the interests of our region, and the deepening the partnership between our parties and nations.
Happy Mother’s Day to every mother and mother figure who makes it happen every single day. You are the power source that runs Jamaica ,in your home, in your community, in this nation.
To every woman who steps in and plays that role, you are seen, you are appreciated, and today is yours.
Have a wonderful Mother’s day. You deserve it.
Yesterday, I was proud to attend the inaugural Trench Town Literacy Day at Trench Town Primary School, organized by Winsome Robertson Green in partnership with the Optimist Club of Trench Town and Dr. Henley Morgan.
It was wonderful to see students from Trench Town Primary and Boys Town Infant & Primary participate with such enthusiasm, confidence, and creativity. The talent and potential on display were truly inspiring.
When we invest in literacy, we invest in Jamaica’s future. Congratulations to everyone who made this impactful initiative possible.
