Hallmark Holiday? More like Call Mark Honestly 🌹 Last minute show at @thewoolypub this Saturday February 14th for Valentines Day, anti-Valentines, Galentines, really whatever you’re feeling. (I think) I will be joined by Dave and Simon from the Mark Honestly Band on piano and percussion for a set or two and Perry will be out singing a few songs and accompanying me for a set as well! Show is free and will run 9pm-12am Saturday February 14th, 2026 ♥️

As you may or may not know, the band version of “Mark Honestly” is on a slight hiatus for recalibration and potentially recording. In the meantime I still gotta play an obnoxious amount of songs in front of people or I’m gonna IMPLODE. Thankfully, @thewoolypub offered me the evening of Saturday November 15th to do just that! 3 sets: Solo Acoustic, Duo with @davedffa on Keys, and then @perryj4 will join us on guitar and vocals for a more cover-filled final set. That’s right; triples. Makes it safe. I don’t really know if this will be the last Mark Honestly set of the year but there’s a strong chance this will be it till the thaw. So come hang (bring the Nova!) even if it’s just to drop in for a few songs! ♥️

Guelph! We ride again! Enjoy some midsummer afternoon Honestly and nurse your Hillside Hangover on the @thewoolypub patio, Saturday July 26th 2pm to 5pm. Starting with a mini acoustic set and leading into a few loose and limber full band sets, this one will be especially good for anyone who is avoiding the late night shows ;) Neither shingles nor elopement nor nightmares will stop this jam machine (full story developing). ♥️

You thought you could get rid of me but guess what I’m still friggen here and ready to “rock.” Book it; Jimmy Jazz on June 28th with the buds in Evening Stock who JUST PUT OUT A NEW EP. Show will be free as always, and we’ll be performing as an “Acoustic Trio” which is a fancy way to say @frankensym abandoned us to play at a festival with @madisongallowaymusic alongside @burtoncummings . After Mother Nature tried to take us out for the last show, we’re coming back to the Wooly with a vengeance on Saturday May 17th! Heart of Mold It is a weird little collection of songs, all recorded under very different circumstances that I, honestly, had to release so I could move on with my life. Now it’s officially onto recording mode again with the whole band on a new batch of songs that we’re, quite frankly, really damn excited about. Not to say you shouldn’t be excited about these ones too. Legs Part 2 (I: The Leggening) is the first instalment in the controversial and ever-growing Legs Part 2 series. There’s no guitar here, just 4 loud basses, a synth, some drums and a problem. Perineum is a little ambient track and a really fun google search ;) A Heart of Mold may not be what you’re searching for but it’s what I was stuck with a few years ago living in Kensington and I’ll tell you all about it if you have a few minutes. Did I mention the dynamite sax solo? I’m sorry if this was a disappointing reason to have to endure a close up photo of my ear. Thems the breaks.
