After months of working with @fuku as they prepared for their first South Florida location, we’re proud to announce they had a successful grand opening today. We curated multiple touchpoints like social, design, email communications, and local activations like our Sweet and Spicy movie series at @gablescinema to launch Fuku as a brand that already feels familiar despite their East Village roots. We celebrate this grand opening but recognize this is just the beginning; we look forward to the work to come.
As part of our ongoing collaboration with @fuku and @gablescinema , we were tasked with creating an exclusive in-theatre ad to illustrate how close Fuku is to the Cinema. With a short-time to produce and a shoestring budget, we put our film school hats on and shot this piece ourselves in the streets of Coral Gables. The series continues this Saturday at the Coral Gables Art Cinema with the showing of Chungking Express at 9pm. Fuku celebrates their Grand Opening in Coral Gables tomorrow, March 11th.
