This image isn’t about trends. It’s about meaning.
It’s about the quiet, powerful connection between my bride, Suzanne, and her father. Suzanne’s dad had been seriously ill, and she didn’t know if he’d even be able to attend the wedding. But he made it. He showed up. And I knew — this moment mattered. These portraits would become something precious. It was late in the evening. He was already about to leave, tired after whole day. I gently reminded Suzanne that we hadn’t captured a portrait of them yet — and so we did. Just this. One photo, full of love. She told me later how much it means to her.
And I can see it too in his eyes: wisdom and a life deeply lived.

N & Y’s intimate wedding at Vrtba Garden wedding venue in Prague. 🎞️ Soft light, a hot fall day, hidden garden corners, and a day that felt deeply like them from beginning to end. After the ceremony, Netta wished to enter her “Goth era” - exactly as she funnily explained to me before changing into her black dress. Honestly, it suited the mood and Vrtba Garden perfectly. I was immediately in love. They wished to have their wedding captured on 35mm analog film, embracing all the imperfections, texture, and feeling that come with it. And Yuri wanted one more memory to take home from Prague — finding an old vintage film camera somewhere in the city to keep long after the wedding day was over. We ended the evening the best Czech way possible: sharing a beer together with a view over beautiful Prague. Photographers in Human Design ✨ The longer I work with photographers, the more I see this: Not every photographer is meant to grow in the same way. Some photographers are here to initiate something new. Some are here to build through devotion and response. Some need variety, movement and experimentation. Some are here to guide through the depth of their perception. Some are deeply shaped by the people, places and environments they work in. And this is why copying someone else’s business strategy can feel so exhausting. Because the strategy may be good. But it may not be correct for you. A Manifestor photographer may need more permission to lead with their vision. A Generator photographer may need to stop saying yes to work that drains them and do the opposite. A Manifesting Generator photographer may need to stop judging themselves for changing direction. A Projector photographer may need to stop proving their value through overworking and start showing the depth of how they see. Wedding at Chateau Trebesice on film, always good idea. Hidden in the Czech countryside, Chateau Třebešice is not your typical polished wedding venue. The gardens feel a little wild, the interiors are filled with curious art and objects, and the whole place carries a slightly eccentric, creative spirit. It’s the kind of place that tends to attract couples who value atmosphere over perfection. Artists, designers, travellers, people who love places with character and a story behind them. Shooting a full wedding on film is not romantic. It’s disciplined. 5 things I’ve learned as a wedding photographer who shoots fully on film: 1️⃣ Slight overexposure is your friend. Film loves light. 2️⃣ Always bring more rolls and batteries than you think you need. Always. 3️⃣ Meter for the highlights. Protect the dress first. 4️⃣ Decide before you shoot. Film rewards intention, not overshooting. 5️⃣ Have a system, not vibes. Workflow beats talent every time. Film isn’t scary when you’re prepared. It’s scary when you’re guessing. Follow if you want to shoot weddings on film with confidence, not chaos.
