This highly anticipated show had Washington, DC taking a trip down memory lane. If you was there I’m sure you felt or witnessed the vibrant energy that took over the venue. Brief MOB history:
MOB band was formed in 2003 and hit the gogo scene strong making their name in the Washington DC music scene known for their raw and street sound. Setting the bar for the next generation’s of bands to come. In 2005, When the band was taking over the GoGo game, The band’s lead talker, Tinko was shot 1 night after a canceled show after parting ways with his band member. This caused temporary memory lost.
The band decided to continue with Singer “Sexy Steve” as the lead talker, who mixed more melodies for the ladies with the street chants. The band continued to hold a firm and consistent fan base headlining various venues around the DMV area until departing ways from the gogo game. Throughout the years the band would come back for a reunion show and give the fans an experience to remember.
