I have a confession to make: my eating habits can get disgustingly wack some weeks; no matter how much I rationalize it 😅 So while volunteering at Kids Camp to help kids learn valuable cooking skills, I felt a bit like a fraud because I rarely do this myself 🙈
but I feel like I learned more than I taught here… Not just about cooking, but about your relationship with food, and how it needs to be nurtured, not forced. And it made me admire what we were doing even more 😌
I deeply appreciate the opportunity to volunteer with @adri.ng and @ashtactics at @abetterlifevan and look forward to the next one :)

- Funny how we put so much importance on one day. Imagine if we saw each day like we see the New Year
- Reminder to spend rest days thinking about life, goals, shortcomings, and wins. It makes the busy days more worthwhile
- it is better to fail boldly than to fail timidly (take more risks)
- I hope it snows soon…
