Vibing on keys with the All Steppas at Nowhere Bar tonight š¹š„Brand new project, roots reggae and dub for your mind, body, and soul.
Townies roll through if youāre out and about!
JUSTICE āļø
Are you kidding me? I cannot properly convey the power of this show. This duo is at the top of their game. In a world without Daft Punk, Justice carries the torch of the French house genre and does so beautifully, still pushing boundaries in 2025. Huge props the designers of the visual experience that really takes their music to the next level, just excellent stuff. Every fan of electronic music should try and catch this set.
Also big shouts out to Kaytranada, heās a very talented producer and it was super cool to see him stunting up on the suspended platform and vibing with a huge stadium audience. Fantastic energy all around.
10/10 would D.A.N.C.E. again
Hello friends! Itās been a year since Iāve posted here, I thought the #wildrumpus would be a perfect time to get back to it. Love this event and all the creative energy it brings to our city.
I had a blast building this iconic mask from the Herbie Hancock āHeadhuntersā album cover last year and had to break it out one more time this year. Playing a rock show wearing this thing was just too much fun. Herbie is one of my all time favorites and it just so happens that this album released 52 years ago yesterday. Happy Halloween!
š Rocking some Tom Petty tunes tonight with some good friends after the Wild Rumpus! Get your costumes ready and weāll see you there! Weāve been so excited to put this show together and canāt wait to share it with yall!
PS: Shout out to whoever edited our poster šÆ
Everybody ok? Weatherās cleared up beautifully and @classiccityjukebox is on the Georgia Theater rooftop! Weāre about to fire it up, yall come hang out!
@futureislands is one of my favorite live bands. Sam Herring brings such a raw, passionate energy and vulnerability to the stage that never ceases to amaze me. Iāve been lucky enough to see this band four times now and I never get tired of seeing the powerful, genuine expression they bring for every show. Check them out if you havenāt already.
Negativland is one of my favorite bands and I had the good fortune to catch their documentary screening and live set in Athens the other night. Theyāre a fascinating group thatās been around since the 70ās doing āculture jammingā audio collage/tape manipulation/electronic composition with a social commentary twist. It is a very interesting, rather niche project and it was so special to see the surviving members of the group keeping the spirit of their work alive in 2024 with fresh new material and a provocative live sampling set focused on the subjects of gamification and automation in society.

Emotion Engine ā¢ļø Engaged
The Playstation 2 was a big part of my childhood, and I was saddened to lose my original console to a BIOS corruption a few days ago. This replacement needed a bit of love but is back in working condition and running beautifully!
