Still can’t believe that the young boy who heard a call to go to the front for a blessing at the end of the service was named…wait for it…GRAYSON! Yum. A Lee Bailey retro dish which he calls “Piperade Pie, a tomatoey-eggy Basque dish that is very popular in France. As a pie it makes a nice center course for a small winter luncheon with the addition of a green salad and dessert.” Will get back to you on that….

it is imperative to a healthy society that we adopt more of an "it takes a village" approach to raising children. Children benefit tremendously from healthy relationships with non-parental adults, and the research is clear that boys need adult male role models.
We have a deficit of men who know how to care for and nurture children. We have a deficit of men willing to lean into the role of role model and mentor. We need more caring men. The children of the world deserve better from us.
Instead of letting the men in the Epstein files, the Catholic Church, Boy Scouts of America, and so many more strongholds of male abuse scare you away from leaning into being a positive presence in children's lives for fear of association with male abuse, I encourage you to be brave and lean in further.
Counteract the script. Show the world men are capable of care, love, nurturance, guidance, and more.
We gotta rebuild trust in men.
