A few of our team members recently attended the Living Out Loud Gala, a vibrant event dedicated to supporting St. Louis Ovarian Cancer Awareness (SLOCA), the only non-profit in Missouri focused exclusively on ovarian cancer. Since its founding in 2002, SLOCA has been a beacon of hope, raising awareness, funding essential research and providing invaluable support to survivors. Together, we can make a difference!

“As I mentored Kira, it helped me grow in awareness of my own communication style and skills (and areas of opportunity). Kira refreshed my curiosity and humility as I paused more to lead with questions and understanding (instead of answers and directives). I’m more aware of my own communication style today because of the mentor/mentee program; listen first, always reconfirm assumptions, and coach towards decisions. My leadership skills were deepened in ways that show up daily with the Maritz clients I interact with.”
