Before → after 🤎 When we started renovating this house, I thought we’d finish it quickly. In reality, it’s taken years - and honestly, I’m grateful for that. Every time we rushed a decision, I didn’t love it. The spaces I love most are the ones we took time with. Renovation isn’t just about changing a room. It’s about choosing materials that age well, colours that feel grounding, and layouts that make sense long-term. And look, there’s things I wouldn’t do again that isn’t easily fixable. But I guess it’s a part of the process. Warmth over trends. Texture over clutter. Negative space that lets the statement pieces breathe. If you’re renovating or redesigning your home - take your time. It’s worth it. #homerenovation #beforeandafter #renovationjourney #interiordesign #warminteriors earthyhome hometransformation ukrenovation intentionaldesign negativespace

The easiest decision in our bungalow renovation? Installing these beautiful sliding garden windows (that originally were doors but custom made) to create a seamless flow between the kitchen and the garden 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 There’s just something about opening up the space and bringing the outdoors in — especially with all the garden makeover plans we’ve got lined up for summer! Anyone else obsessed with indoor-outdoor living?

after living with a cooler white for a few years, we realised the space never quite felt like us. it looked bright, but slightly stark - especially in the evenings. so we finally took the plunge and painted the living room, kitchen + dining space in Clay Mid by @littlegreenepaintcompany and honestly… turns out all she needed was a warmer shade of paint 🤎 it’s crazy how much a paint colour can completely change the feeling of a home. the space feels softer, warmer and so much more lived in now - especially when the light hits in the evenings. definitely one of the best decisions we’ve made for the house. what do you think? ✨ Paint gifted

100,000 of you. That feels completely surreal 🤍 A year ago, I never imagined this little corner of the internet would grow into such a warm, supportive community. Thank you for being here - for every message, comment, share, save, and for caring about the things I create. It genuinely means more than you know!!! 🥺 As a little thank you, I’m also putting together a giveaway for you all and I’ll share more details ASAP ✨ Also… a few sneak peeks of the freshly painted living room are hiding in this carousel 👀 I can’t wait to show you the full transformation properly soon - video coming ASAP. Thank you for being here, truly 🫶

I’m so glad we took so many before photos because sometimes we forget how different this house used to look. We changed walls, layouts, colours and slowly made it feel like us. This week we finally repainted the living room and kitchen again after realising we’re definitely warm-tone people 🤍 Living in a house really is constant progress though - one thing gets fixed and another thing suddenly needs doing. But I think that’s part of the charm. ib: @eloisepreen

When we renovated this bathroom, I really cared about how everything felt - the tones, the materials, how it all worked together | ad 💛 We went for a warm microcement and paired it with bronze to bring that softness through the whole space, but one thing I didn’t fully think about at the time was the water. Coming from Norway, I definitely notice how hard it is here - and I’d actually been using a shower filter already, just never found one that didn’t feel like it disrupted the space. This is the first one that actually blends in with everything else @helloklean 🤌🏽 It gives you the filtration, but still feels like a considered design choice rather than an add-on. They’ve just launched these in brushed bronze (which is what I went for), but they also come in chrome and brass depending on your space. It’s one of those small details that makes a room feel finished 💛
