I’ve been saying for 1 year that I’m going to bring contact improv to Laguna Beach since there isn’t any in all of Orange County! So here we go…
Open to all levels. Great for beginners.
What is contact improv?
An experimental dance form started in the 70’s that uses improvisation to move together with another body (or bodies). We will explore different techniques like gravity, weight sharing, using the floor, spirals, listening, leading, momentum, and so much more…
No dance experience necessary, just a willingness to get in your body and be present!

We love our studio + events space. It’s been so beautiful to see the space transform from conferences, to shoots, to parties, to pop-up’s. We designed the space to be purposefully minimal with all our furniture light & easy to move around 🤍 a blank canvas for visions to come to life!
