Behind the seams ✨💫
This process has always been a quiet one.
It starts with watercolor, with memories collected along the way — Mexico, Guatemala, fragments of color and texture that stay with me.
Diving deeper into the paintings creating different compositions and color combinations with the computer I can send those trials for samples.
Then comes the search.
Deadstock fabrics, forgotten in warehouses, waiting to be found again.
From there, it’s a process of trying, adjusting, starting over.
Prototypes that slowly take shape until something finally feels right.
Nothing is rushed.
Everything is considered.
And when it’s ready, it comes to life in Mataró, where each piece is cut and sewn.
A slow process, but an honest one.
