Scope of works
- Bulk excavations with removal of over 25,000 tonne of contaminated soil
- Contamination remediation
- Import and fill over 30,000 m3 of material under level 1 supervision
- Ground water management
- Demolition of existing concrete hardstands and footings
- Removal of asphalt car park
- Removal and remediation of existing fuel tanks
- Removal and remediation of existing underground services
- Installation of marker layer in accordance with site Construction Environmental Management Plan
- Undertake survey of all excavations, sub-surface features and remedial works areas, both pre and post backfilling
- Service trenching
- Installation of CT hardstands and aprons
