Marc Wild is a music producer and DJ based in Madison, Wisconsin, creating high-energy electronic music that lives in the space between sound healing and the dance floor.
In Madison, Marc Wild and his wife Ash host dance events rooted in celebration, self-discovery, and collective joy. The events are an extension of his music and they see that bringing people together ripples out into the world in positive, beautiful and unexpected ways.
Marc believes dance and music have the power to move us closer to our hearts, closer together, and into a world more deeply in love.

Ash and I are celebrating a life of love and devotion to one another, supported by so many of our loving friends and family. Thank you all who came, and thank you to all who were there in spirit, living and passed.
We are starting a new family chapter, and welcoming in a new bundle of joy and lighter. It was a wonderful day of blessings to share. ā¤ļø
For those of you who we didnāt invite, many family and friendsā¦ itās not personal, we had only so much space in the venue and had to make really tough decisions about who we could invite. If we invited our whole families, we would need a 300 person venue š¤£š¤·āāļø

Marc and Ash Statz are experienced ecstatic dance facilitators that aim to bring mindfulness, presence, and safety together through dance. They will guide us through gentle breath and movement practices, leading into a 1 hour live ecstatic dance DJ set by Marc. The dance will be joyful and celebratory to kickstart the weekend of intentional and authentic connection within our conscious community.
This offering is following the Unity circle, invitation to dance your prayers and intentions into the ground following tha ceremony.

Donāt forget that art can have a very real and tangible effect on people. I found I want to share my art in person because how real and awesome it feels to be with others, to dance, laugh, cry and feel connected to others.
But Iāll also do the social media thing how I want to do it

This feels like kind of a big deal.
Iāve been DJing my music for the last few years starting with a pre-recorded set made in Ableton to then learning how to live DJ using a Traktor controller. Now opportunities are opening up where Iām learning to DJ on other equipment that Iāve never used before, but is the industry standard.
Venues and events have their own equipment and Iām learning how to be flexible to work within any conditions, even if it means starting from scratch again and doing something outside of my comfort zone.
Playing an Open Decks event at Cielo Madison tonight, no clue what to expect but Iām just gonna show up and play a 45 minute set of all originals. Hereās hoping I get a spot!

Feels like social media is one big performance
and I donāt really care much about that, I just want to make music I love and share it in a way that feels fun and authentic.
And funny enough me just talking about my music and talking through my process feels more meaningful and itās also sparking conversations with friends!
