REMEMBERING GIORGIO ARMANI ⭐️
Some 15 years ago, he must have been around 70, classy, fit, shaped, even muscled, going to the gym regularly if not every day.
I was young, but had clearly not managed to keep my body in shape, missing the curve of managing food intakes after quitting intensive sport.
I read his interview, saw his pictures and realized I was a shame. You can’t be young and abandon on your body when you have people older than retirement who still work hard on it.
It was one of the many triggers I needed to reverse the mechanism.
I never forgot the mental impact this article had on me.
The physical impact was around -25KG.
Remembering how much impact one can have on others by just being himself and being a good example.
