For Fiat Pandina Hybrid, we had to make sure the sound design was as "Italian" as the protagonist. We focused on microscopic layering of foley and textures to bring this cosmic encounter to life.

What is the sound of precision, detail, and reliability?
When we were tasked to create the sonic landscape for the @nicegroup Robo600 video, in collaboration with @bluemotion.3d , we decided to start by recording the ultimate examples of precision:
Drills, wall anchors, mounting brackets, screws and bolts. 🛠️
We then processed every recording using pitch shifting, EQ, tremolo, and reverb to enhance each movement, layering raw foley textures with elegant, atmospheric elements like cymbals, risers and transitions.
The final step? Mixing everything with our original music to craft a seamless, high-end result.

Interplanetary sounds for an icon. 👽🚀
We worked alongside Triplesense Reply and Publicis Collective to craft the sonic world of the new Fiat Pandina Hybrid commercial, the first-ever spot for @fiat_it made entirely with Generative AI.
Our mission was to ground these surreal, AI-generated visuals in a tactile reality. We designed the entire audio landscape from scratch: from the spacecraft’s mechanics to the voices of the alien characters.
Through dedicated foley sessions and studio experimentation, we developed unconventional sounds to match this innovative production, ensuring the storytelling felt immersive and alive.

Ever wondered how “gravity” sounds? When we challenged ourselves to add sonic layers to this 3D composition, we chose to slow down. In a world of fast and automated content, we believe in focusing on the detail to keep an authentic, handcrafted approach alive.
We went from field recording outdoors to foley and musical sessions in our studio to give every material and movement its own moment of sonic glory.
Our process:
🍃 Organic textures: field recordings of stones, wood and leaves to ground the visual
🪵 Studio Foley: recording real objects and material to capture the tension of the balance
🎹 Original Music: classic and unexpected instruments for the overall atmosphere and the tiny movements

Per fare suoni di fantascienza ci sono due strade: usare suoni da library oppure creare qualcosa di unico con quello che si ha a disposizione.
Una sedia che emette basse frequenze quando viene trascinata e del semplice nastro da pacchi sono stati i suoni di base; come effetti abbiamo optato per un pitch a -5, un flanger e un riverbero, applicati quanto basta per ottenere il risultato desiderato.

2025 was a year of high contrast: demanding and intense, yet deeply inspiring.
The industry felt the impact of the AI earthquake. It was a shift that forced us to look inward and redefine the role of the creative. In a world of automated outputs, we chose a people-first approach. We realized that personal relationships and trust are what truly differentiate a professional.
Our focus became clear: it is not about doing more, but doing better. In a landscape filled with noise, precision and intentionality matter more than volume.
This year also reminded us of the value of shared work. Pro-bono collaborations and projects with our peers were not just additions to our portfolio. They were vital for our growth, helping us improve and build lasting connections outside the usual constraints.
Building a community means getting closer to people who share the same values and vision. Investing time in @sounddesignitalia has been one of our greatest satisfactions. Seeing a network of peers grow together reminds us that we are stronger when we listen to each other.
