Incredibly proud to announce that I’ve received my certificate to be a meditation teacher. It’s been a really challenging year, and it’s difficult to comprehend the nature of everything that I’ve experienced, but I can tell you that Meditation has come through in my life in a big way. I am so grateful to @david_nichtern and @samarasacenter for the opportunity to deepen my practice, and give me the tools to share it with others. We took @nurse.johnn all over Europe in a day! Before the sold out shows at Wembley Stadium, he was a bonafide hero, a nurse! We did it!!
13.1 Miles in just under 2 hours. This was an amazing experience. Witnessing the thousands of people running the full and the half LA marathon.
I want to thank everyone who donated to raise money for #teamconcern @concernfoundation it was an honour to run in support of their research and the services they provide for survivors and patients. This was a massive achievement and I couldn’t have done it without your contribution.

Today is World Cancer Day and I wanted to take the opportunity to announce that I’ll be running in the LA Charity Half Marathon on behalf of Team Concern to raise funds for cancer research and vital services for patients and caregivers.

This year, I’m running further and raising more money! And I’m doing it in honour of my stepmom, Maggie, who passed away from breast cancer in 2024, and everyone we’ve lost over the years. Finally, I think I speak on her behalf when I say ICE OUT. I’ll be joined by Team Concern members along with my amazing girlfriend @mitchelhad . We run for love and compassion, which are the foundations in the undoing of suffering and oppression.
