Coming to the end of your testing week,
here are a few things to think about.
Use your testing results alongside your upcoming goals to decide which program is best for you. Do you stay in the current one, or switch?

Testing is great to reflect â review what you did well, and what you could do better!
Testing is hard. Make sure you take the time to reduce training load and intensity. This is why there are deload weeks planned!

As we come to the end of our testing week across our @marchontraining program, itâs important to remember that the numbers arenât everything.
Of course itâs a great feeling when you hit a PB or run further than in week 1, but what about the other wins along the way?
Improved movement quality
Better consistency
Understanding how to fuel for performance
Improved confidence
These are all things thatâs lead to the biggest transformation in the long term.
Strength and fitness, it looks different on everyone.

A lot of handstand push-up efficiency gets lost in the setup and bottom position.

Itâs testing week on the @marchontraining programmes.
Testing week is the moment we stop and ask did it work? Where are we now? What do we build next?
But itâs not a competition. Itâs a readout.
And thatâs where I think a lot of people get this wrong.
Testing week becomes this win or lose moment. You either beat your numbers or you didnât. But thatâs not what itâs for.
Your result this week is a direct reflection of the training phase youâve just had. If youâve been consistent, well rested and well fuelled, go in ready to back yourself.
But if like me youâve had a had a block where life got in the way, adjust your expectations accordingly. Not as an excuse. As an honest assessment.
And thatâs what we build the next phase from. đ
